Lawsuit Filed in Response to Defamation and Breach of Contract

February 6, 2017, Riverside, CA - Wild For Life Foundation (or WFLF) is a non-profit, animal protection and rescue organization that focuses primarily on saving, protecting, preserving and defending wild and domestic horses and burros from roundups, slaughter and general abuse.

Recently however, there have been attempts by certain interests that have targeted the Wild for Life Foundation mission with a malicious rumor campaign which has directly threatened the very health, welfare and future of the innocent rescue horses and burros this charity so dutifully serves.

Unfortunately, all WFLF's good faith efforts to resolve these issues without resorting to court proved futile.  As such, earlier in 2017, Wild For Life Foundation has sought judicial relief through a defamation suit together with other causes of action including Breach of Contract, Interference with Economic Advantage, Trespass and Harassment. (Public record: Case No.: MCC1700082, Riverside Superior Court.)
