CALL TO ACTION - Protection for Animal Cruelty Victims

March 9, 2017 Riverside, CA - Urgent CALL TO ACTION - Protect innocent victimized animals from cruelty!

The Wild For Life Foundation (WFLF) is calling on all humanitarians, animal lovers and caring and compassionate members of the horse and burro communities to unite and stand strong against any acts of harm which threaten innocent animal victims' health, safety and future welfare. One way to do this is by supporting WFLF's Legal Protection and Defense Fund.

Tax deductible donations can be made securely online or by mail and will instantly help to serve justice for neglect and cruelty victims.

The picture of the foal to the right was taken during his rescue. It demonstrates the suffering of helpless creatures surrendered to WFLF prior to their arrival. This little foal was part of a large group of dire need Mustangs that had been stranded on a feedlot where there was no running water and no hay. This little colt had reportedly languished, pinned beneath a fence post, trapped since birth and in severe distress. The surrendering owner came to us pleading for help, and WFLF saved them all.

WFLF provided urgent aid including hay and transport to facilitate the evacuation of approximately 100 herd members to new safe harbor. At the surrendering owner's urgent request and assistance WFLF later accepted this little foal and the last of the surrendered Mustangs into its wild horse rescue and recovery program in California.  These incoming horses later completed their recovery thanks to the ongoing rescue and sanctuary services provided at WFLF's expense.

Your donation to WFLF's legal fund will help to assure legal relief and protection for the innocent animals served by WFLF while we keep our focus and efforts on the continuum of care and ongoing lifesaving protective work for animals that WFLF and its Saving America's Horses program conducts every day of the year.
